What you’ll achieve :
As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers to ensure a level of quality and productivity in processing, while leading team goals through work coordination.
You will :
Manage orders while ensuring a high level of quality and productivity in processing
Lead the team's objectives through coordination of work
Support the team in solving the most complex problems
Work on complex projects involving order entry, deployments, online services and departments involved in support functions, statistics, documentation of policies and procedures, reporting and research, and occasional order entry
May be involved in workflow distribution and quota allocations

Essential Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in French and good command of English
Minimum 12 months of professional experience
