Missions
Lead and manage projects related to issuing processing from initiation through closure.
Develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Produce high level design documentation including process flows, use cases, and functional/technical requirements.
Plan and execute testing strategies to ensure product quality.
Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
Degree in Software Engineering (Bachelor's / Master’s degree), 3 to 5 years of experience
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience in quality assurance, including developing and executing test plans
Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
Work experience in development and/or testing role is a plus
Development/scripting skills in common languages is a plus
Database SQL knowledge is a must
Experience in issuing processing (card lifecycle, authorization, clearing…)
PCI-DSS knowledge
Fluent English is a must
Fluent French is preferable
