Newcomer Journey project manager:
You will be in charge of defining the newcomer's career path in line with IC's main business lines. You will be responsible for defining the newcomer's career path in relation to IC's main business lines. In view of our specificities, few training courses are available off the shelf, and the newcomer needs to quickly gain skills in his or her field and IT environment. You will therefore carry out a needs analysis and, thanks to your creative spirit and communication skills, you will be able to propose suitable modules. You will therefore work in conjunction with the Employment and Training Manager, the business departments, the employees and the WIN division.
Contribution to IC's Adaptive Strategy: head of Engagement & Cooperation Project
We have set up a new dynamic thanks to the adaptive strategy, to enable its implementation by encouraging initiative and adaptation to the field and our customers. You will be in charge of the Engagement & Cooperation Project. You will be able to take on other subjects related to our adaptive strategy, depending on your skills, availability and priority
Contribution to IC's business transformation project
As part of the transformation of its business model, structural projects are underway. You will contribute to these projects in order to analyse the impact on the business lines, the organisation, etc., and will be able to make proposals
