Job Purpose
Conduct, coordinate and control all the steps of project in line with policies, processes, systems and requirements approved by the company from its conception to the validation of construction.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Analyze based on the customer needs the project feasibility and define its technical and financial set up
Define the financial set up of the project and establish the CAPEX
Prepare the specifications for the project (WO) together with support teams, its estimates and the human resource planning
Planify, organize, coordinate and control s all the steps of project in line with policies, processes, systems and requirements approved by the company
Manage and supervise the employees working on the project (functional management)
Ensures the planning execution (PEP) and PHSE in the project
