Your missions:
• Management of quality engineers.
• Use problem solving skills for root causes analysis related to internal & external issues.
• Establish direct contact with quality residents at customer sites to find solutions to solve the problems reported by the customer
• Monitor 8D meetings & the follow up of the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Follow customer scorecard and quality indicators IPPM, RPPM, DPPM, and WC.
• Developing and maintaining quality standards.
• Support the preparation of PPAP package for new products.
• Supervise the development and the execution of the control plan.
• Develop the talent of Quality Engineers and Quality agents.
• Ensure adherence to Lear global and internal procedures and customer specifications.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
To be successful for this role:
• Bac+5, with at least 5 years of experience within an automotive Industry
• Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards)
• Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…
• Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP…
• Good skills in Team Management
• Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Language Skills:
• Good communication skills in both French and English.
