Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, our future System & Manufacturing Quality Coordinator will have as main scop to develop the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards (including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, NSA, Q1, JLRQ ….), sustain accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures. Regulate, control, and improve the quality of all processes throughout the final product. Manage the audits program Ensure the Process validation following the control plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns
Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits
Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures
Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS
Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non-conformities found
Verify closure of non-conformities with Certification Bodies
Hold quarterly audit performance meetings within the business and with Certification Bodies
Manage the audit nonconformity database
Provide detailed analysis of non-conformities
Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (IATF 16949/VDA 6.3…)
Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
Produce written reports and make presentations
Undertake continuous training and development
Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
Resolving internal claims following the QRQC method
Work with LQTS and SQTS
Carrying out internal audits - process, product, and participating in system audits - planned and unplanned
Regular preparation of reports (MOS and others as needed)
Ensure the Process validation following the control plan
Participate in the 8D analysis
Key skills and Qualifications:
A technical degree in industrial engineering with 5 years of molding experience is a must
Good Knowledge of project milestones.
Good Knowledge of Core tools
Teamwork
Results-oriented
Strong leadership
Lead auditor -IATF 1st/2nd party auditor -VDA6.3 Process Auditor
Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
