Key Responsibilities:
Build a good relationship with customers.
Manage Quality Figures: Scorecard, PPM, Chargebacks and Written concern by dealing with Customers.
Ensure Proactive communication channeling between Customer and plant interlocutor.
Lead problem solving for customer claims related to product Quality.
Analyze Customer Complaints related to product quality, and lead implementation of proper corrective actions.
Provides continuous feedback to customer about the status and evolution of claims.
Manage non-Quality costs generated due to internal or external rejection.
Lead internal and external audits
Contribute to continuous improvement tasks.
Ensure conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirement, and regulatory requirement.
Have authority to stop production and shipment in case of major risk.
Ensure all PPAP deliverables during Project Life Milestones.
Key Skills :
Bac+5 Engineering Degree or equivalent
Experience of Minimum 2 Year in automotive field
Good knowledge of Core tools
Good verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving knowledge
Strong leadership, and ability to gather people around common target
Good communication skills in both French and English
