Position overview:
Reporting directly to the quality coordinator, our future Industrial engineer will have as main mission:
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet their expectation in terms of quality, certifications, and reactivity within the delivery plan.
Ensure deployment of quality indicators and targets in manufacturing area.
Participate in CI activities
Your missions:
Management of quality controllers and technicians.
Participate in the preparation of the control plan and the PFEMA.
Ensure the execution of the control plan.
Establish direct contact with quality residents at customer sites to find solutions to solve the problems reported by the customer
Use problem solving skills for root causes analysis related to internal & external issues.
Monitor 8D meetings & the follow up of the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
Follow customer scorecard and quality indicators IPPM, RPPM, DPPM, and WC.
Developing and maintaining quality standards.
Support the preparation of PPAP package for new products.
To be successful for this role:
Bac+5 with preferably with experience in quality of automotive industry.
Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards)
Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…
Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP…
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Language Skills:
Good communication skills in both French and English.
