Quality Supervisor - Automotive Industry


We are recruiting a Quality Supervisor - Automotive Industry
Missions :
1. Adhere to the quality systems to be done in the Production line.
2. Ensure that the self inspection and sequential inspection is done.
3. Execute the plan of zero Incidents/Complaint at Customer end.
4. Make sure that the SAP vs Physical/Actual is correct with respect to Defective parts
Responsibilities
Prepare first off reports for every parts in every shifts and at any setting change
Check the parts with respect to the OS and log note book - 5 times in a shift as part of (Patrol inspection) and sign in the Log note book.
Verify the good condition of gauges and instruments.
Identify all the parts in terms of Rejection, WIP and good parts
Keep traceability of heat number.
Prepare lay out inspection and update the Control plan
Update PFMEA and Analyse In rejection and take corrective and preventive action.
Follow in house rejection handling procedure.
Monitor condition of bins and tags
Impart training to Final Inspectors and maintain the records.
Prepare 1-point lesson and display it near the work spot.
Issue and display final inspector license
Display Q alert whenever required
Monitor 6M changes and obtain approval as per procedure.
Check defect matrix every day and Conduct SPC studies
Monitor shelf life items such as RP oil and adhere change frequency.
Closely monitor the quality of components produced by new operators
Follow CSR and maintain the required records
Check the condition of poke yoke and hold records.
Follow the QMS systems &report to the Quality Manager
Verify the values entered in the Operator Log note book in terms of Dimension, Tool /Insert change, Production details & Rejection details - 3 times in a shift and sign in the log note book
Monitor shelf life items, such as RP oil and adhere to the change frequency
Check the condition of the Poke Yoke and hold the records
