Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruitment Specialist at JobsGlobal.com Group in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Junior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, communicating with potential hires, providing training, and assisting in the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience
Fluency in English language
Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing skills
Strong Communication skills
Training expertise
Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools
HR certification or relevant degree is a plus
