Integration Services order to bill responsibilities:
· - order to bill processes for all current and prospective customers doing business in the region
· - order process responsibilities: order validation, timely placement on vendor, tracking, Oracle transactions, invoicing and vendor contract management
· ensure the ordering and billing activities aligned with the delivery and billing schedules
· achievement of ordering KPIs, aligned with business targets and customers expectations.
· monitor status of deployment milestones and management of operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
· resolve customer facing and vendor facing issues related to ordering, RMA, shipping, invoicing issues when they occur
· Alignment with tax department on customer exemptions and billing structure for all hardware, software and services taxation requirements
Expected outcomes:
· delivery of IS/ERS services aligned with customer and business expectations
· orders with vendors processed on a timely mannger
· customer invoices aligned with contractual agreements and payment conditions
· reduce errors on invoices received by the customer and optimize cash collection for Orange
· monthly billing closing activities for IS are done timely
- management of billing and payment issues related to IS business

votre profil
· Ability to engage with internal and external clients to identify and support business opportunities
· Ability to understand customer (internal and external) requirements, challenges and needs and manage quoting and ordering processes aligned with customers expectations.
· Team player that is communicative, organized, flexible and used to work in a stressful environment
· Sales driven, commercial behavior with respect for company compliancy rules
· Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required
· Ability to build a network of people, getting things done
· Having a good understanding what influence invoice or payment issues can have on a company’s cash flow
· Have a good understanding for what influence customer experience and company objectives
· Ability to work with office tools and data analysis. Advanced expertise on Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is desirable.
