Sales Operations Analyst

What you’ll achieve
The NBO Administrator will adhere to all of DFSs internal Operations and Finance policies & procedures. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all deals meet local Know Your Customer, Anti money laundering & overall compliance requirements.
You will :
Manage inbox of transactions for your teams area of responsibly, adhering to a 4 hour turnaround time to generate the Order release
Manage pipeline to ensure pricing and credit is approved and conditions applied to queue for AML and BVD check.
For our Dell or Partner Order release use appropriate documentation, process and systems to ensure order is placed by using designed templates and metrics in place.
Minimize errors and ensure all audits passed and Know your customer is returned
Support manager in the development & implementation of business process improvements & efficiency/productivity gains

Essential Requirements
Excellent English language skills in both written and verbal
1- 3 years’ experience in a similar support function
Experience of delivering first class customer service against strict Service Level Agreement
Excellent administration and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Desirable Requirements
A second language is a plus
Previous experience in a high volume transactional environment
Nice to have
Dutch will be a plus
Previous experience in a high volume transactional environment
Prior leasing experience.
