work with DGPO & Managment to finalize the crisis model
followup on BTG Major incidents and create a PIR to each ticket(to be extended to the rest of technologies)
allign with process owners to make sure that the crisis process documents are updates according to the new module
work with L1 Incident manager to finalize post crisis module
finalize the service providers support model with the ops global manager and the PO
start involving in the CM excellence program for french domain
Working on OPS readiness process

votre profil
Education and Experience:
• Min. 3 years related work experience (Service Operations/ Transition)
• Experience in Cloud Technologies.
• Relevant experience with managing cross-functional (virtual) teams is a plus
Technical Knowledge
• Solid understanding of Orange Business Services solutions
• Understanding of corporate governance within complex organizations
Soft Skills and Abilities:
• Proficient English, and French is a plus
• Capability to work in a global, changing, and multicultural environment
• Excellent Interpersonal & Collaboration skills.
• Good time management, organizational and leadership
