Job Purpose
Responsible for the implementation of the first Data & Automation Hub, with the mission of building the JESA overall data model, capabilities, and governance with the aim of making JESA data available for decision-makers, ensuring its quality and integrity, automating system interfaces and data inter-operability and oversee the prioritization and implementation of business use cases related to Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, and Process Automation.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Owner of Data governance, quality, architecture and related processes at the company level
Ensure progression towards target architecture and lead over the execution of the data and automation program workplan
Develop a company view on how our business processes create data, how it is cultivated and used, how it is stored and how it all fits together.
Help design, deploy and maintain enterprise-level data governance, policies and standards for end-to-end data management
Define data management operational processes (e.g., data quality measurement) in accordance with policies and standards, clearly articulating roles and responsibilities
Conduct training sessions with the data owners on the policy, standards and processes
Coordinate with Data owners for each domain to achieve defined goals for data management
Support the data team identify, understanding and documenting interfaces required and data models of different systems
Collect, document, and prioritize different business needs in terms of process automation, systems interfaces as well as analyses, visualization and AI capabilities
Design, staff and manage teams responsible for Data management, system interfaces automation, and business process automation
Ensure new system implementation projects comply with minimum data quality & security requirements and that the integration needs are compatible with the existing target functional architecture
Manages the Data & Automation Budget, the program and projects performance, and associated commercial activities (procure to pay, reporting, contracting, etc.)
Support the Digital Team with communication of key data & Automation priorities and successes across the enterprise as needed
Education
Master (Management or Engineering)
MBA preferred
Curricula: Data Management and/or Industrial Project Management
Global Experience
7 - 20 years
Specific Experience in the position
Significant exposure to Project management process and metrics in Project or Function context. Exposure to data management, reporting and analysis systems.
Knowledge of process automation and inter-system interface technologies
