Senior Estimator
Job Purpose
Participate to discipline estimate development.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Works under general supervision and guidance of an experienced estimator. General tasks and duties are assigned and work is revised for integrity and accuracy.
Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining an effective Estimating database.
Be familiar with different classes and methodology of estimates.
Participate in the preparation of labour rates and productivity factors.
Assist in the preparation of benchmarks and different factors to use in the estimates.
Education
Bac + 5
Curricula: Engineering preferably or Construction, Estimating and Cost Control
Global Experience
3 to 5 years
Specific Experience in the position
1 year minimum as an estimator
