A leading company, specializing in Customer Experience industry, developing its own internal CRM system.
Description :
Job Responsibilities:
Create effective CRM services, interfaces, backend systems, web services, and customized solutions (both specific and generic).
Maintain and enhance third-party applications.
Uphold coding standards and produce comprehensive technical documentation.
Develop and execute test cases while adhering to best continuous integration practices.
Assist in assessing and enhancing the skills of junior developers.
Provide regular updates to management.
Key Technologies:
Proficiency in Java 8 and higher, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Vue.js, Thymeleaf, and JQuery are essential for this role.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, specializing in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and APIs (particularly SpringBoot).
Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
Possess a Master's degree in IT.
A strong grasp of design patterns.
Proficient troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve production issues.
Self-reliant, well-organized, methodical, and proactive in approach.
