Senior Training Specialist
Job Purpose
The Senior Training Specialist's role aims at the execution of a specific BU and/or functional department trainig courses and programs.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Prepare training estimates in terms of hours, logistics, and trainers costs for training plan budget preparation.
Schedule internal and external training programs: Booking of internal trainers, relationship with external trainers, planning & multiple department participants management.
Manage the purchase process and Task Order from from Call for Proposal technical specification to invoice validation and payment.
Manage the Work Order and external client payment process.
Ensures a smooth training delivery & participant satisfaction.
Up to date dashboard and training database.
Education
Bac +4/5
