Position overview:
Reporting directly to the production manager, the production supervisor will be responsible for managing the workforce to ensure cutting spare parts load for wire harnesses in accordance with customer spec and shipment due date.
Involve cross-functional team to manage the spare parts order diversity
Key Responsibilities:
Manage workforce to ensure cutting & LP spare parts load for wire harnesses.
Ensure the maintenance of relevant Equipment.
Actively participate in CI projects & Implementing cost reductions
Resolves problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action
Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Identify training needs & set personal development plans for team members
Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments
Key skills and Qualifications:
Bac+2 level minimum.
5 years of experience in cutting /Lead prep wiring process and operator management
Capacity to Manage workforce to ensure cutting & LP spare parts load for wire harnesses according to customer due date.
Able to work with other departments to keep the spare parts process running permanently.
Work in compliance with Lear standards.
Good level of English & French languages
