Your Missions
Conduct and analyze quality claims supplier related,
Follow with supplier the claims and ensure corrective actions are in place,
Assist with all departments to solve issues supplier related,
Supports chargebacks from suppliers,
Improve Suppliers performance,
Ensure accurate reporting for Supplier Quality Assurance metrics,
Guarantee the coordination with incoming inspection team,
Ensure follow up of supplier scorecards changes and risk, with concerned team,
Ensure benchmark and read across of supplier's defects, with other Lear plants,
Ensure the application of company standards and policies in the area for which he/she is responsible,
Adhere to health, safety and Environmental regulations,
To be successful in this role:
Freshly graduated either with Engineering or Master degree
1 year experience with Electronic and Quality background
Automotive internships is a must, at Lear Rabat preferrably
Highly effective communication skills
Language Skills:
French, English
