Handling customer campaign & sales support activities and prepare annual marketing & plan align with Bancassurance, Direct Marketing and Group Channels. Execute the customer campaign & sales support activities to help drive sales volume for each channels, manage all communication materials and all sales support processes, and ensure that all customer campaign & sales activities are in compliance with department objectives and goals, company’s Corporate Brand Identity, and regulations.
Plan sales support budget in alignment with sales revenue and expense ratio of other channels, and coordinate the timely implementation of plans with all parties concerned and work effectively with cross-functions to deliver flawless execution.
Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya
1) Strategic Sales Support
Support Bancassurance, Direct Marketing and Group Channels in defining sales support strategy, long-term and short-term plan for Banca, Direct Marketing and Group Channels.
Follow up and monitor the industry movement, trends, company’s products and services.
Provide advice and guidance for the team in providing sales support with a high standard of services.
2) Sales Support Execution
Manage sales support activities to help drive sales volume for Bancassurance, Direct Marketing and Group Channels (e.g. launch of new product, customer promotion campaign, sale promotion and contest convention ) and ensure all activities are implemented according to plan and budget.
Prepare and launch the appropriate or required sales supporting tools for Bancassurance, Direct Marketing and Group Channels. (e.g. brochure, soft file for selling products) with quality and in timely manner.
Prepare and manage communication materials as well as all sales support processes for Bancassurance, Direct Marketing and Group Channels.
Track and monitor to ensure that all customer campaign & sales activities are in compliance with department objectives and goals, company’s Corporate Brand Identity, and regulations.
3) Sales Support Budget Planning & Sales Monitoring
Work with Bancassurance, Direct Marketing and Group Channels to plan sales support budget in alignment with sales revenue and expense ratio of Bancassurance, Direct Marketing and Group Channels.
Collect and maintain sales information (e.g. actual sales performance, expense)
Track and monitor sales support budget and sales performance of Bancassurance, Direct Marketing and Group Channels.
Analyze and compare the actual sales performance against sales targets, and provide the recommendations to Bancassurance, Direct Marketing and Group Channels.
Provide the end campaign analysis to other channels with accuracy and in timely manner.
Support in sharing the sales performance reports of other channels to sales forces and the relevant parties with accuracy and in timely manner.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or other related field
At least 5 years of experience in Sales Support & Operations, Sales Planning, and other related field
Nice to Have
Knowledge of standard software (especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS Excel and other document management software)
Knowledge of digital communication channels to engage remotely when required (e.g. Skype, WebEx)
Experience in ERP and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot Sales)
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, MS PowerBI, Qlikview, SAS Visual Analytics, etc.)
Familiar and knowledge in Social Media
