The FP&A Analyst is responsible for data preparation, consolidation and reporting.
She/he is the owner of our reporting tools such as TM1, Boost, SAP, Planet.
She/he is in charge of the first level of analysis of the actual monthly financial results for the 4 GBU (Gen Med, Specialty Care, CHC, Pasteur).
She/he works in close collaboration with the FBPs of the 4 GBU to provide accurate data & reports.
She/ he supports data consolidation and submission to the Africa Region on a monthly basis and during the budget & forecast cycles.
The FP&A is also managing master data of the financial systems and ensuring that reporting is done in line with the Sanofi Universal calendar.
As GSF (Global Support function) point of contact, the FP&A Analyst also monitors the overall financial operational performance of GSF departments by providing accurate data and advices supporting the decision making process.
He/she actively participates in the budget & forecast cycle for GSF functions.
She/ he aanalyzes performance through P&L and defined KPIs for each Global Support function & monitors performance vs set targets, identify gaps vs. plan.
