Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, our future Quality Coordinator will have as main scop to develop and update monitoring plans truck customer feedback analyze and follow the implement of preventive action lead a team of quality technicians to achieve the team’s goals
Key Responsibilities:
Resolving external claim in the form of an 8D report
Resolving internal claim following the QRQC method
Work with LQTS and SQTS
Complaints to external and LEAR suppliers based on internal and/or customer complaints
Methodical support to other departments in quality improvement
Quality planning (APQP) - cooperation on the introduction of new products/projects into production
Participation in FMEA, creation of control plans, cooperation in issuing quality control procedures (QCP)
Creation of control inspection parts
Carrying out internal audits - process, product, and participating in system audits - planned and unplanned
Checking the causes and measures taken for internal and external non-conformities
Cooperation in the creation and maintenance of an integrated quality system
Sampling collaboration for customers
Cooperation in releasing sampling from suppliers
Regular preparation of reports (MOS and others as needed)
Collaborates on non/regular employee evaluations (e.g. new hires, shift evaluations, etc.)
Business trips as needed
Follows the instructions of his supervisor
Customer representative
Key skills and Qualifications:
Technical degree in industrial engineering + Master in quality with 3/4 years molding exp is a must
Good Knowledge of project milestones.
Good Knowledge of Core tools
Teamwork
Results oriented
Strong leadership
High level of English & French languages, spoken and written
