Key Responsibilities :
You will :
Assure full ownership on customer repair requests, monitor and track requests to ensure accurate solution
Meet and exceed SLAs in providing support to our Internal & External customers
Gather all proper information necessary and create a quote for customers meeting the revenue and CX goals
Effectively prioritizes multiple demands and autonomously manages calendar and time allocation
Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards
Essential Requirements :
Fluent in Italian, basic English
Good technical knowledge
Customer focus and “do the right thing” mindset
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to handle stressful situations.
