What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced, customer critical environment, working on improving processes, standards and strategies to perfect our Support Services.
You will :
Delivering phone and e-mail based resolution for advanced software customer escalations through troubleshooting, research, environment replication & identification of workarounds
Actively supporting the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution while keeping the customer informed throughout life of the incident(s)
Interlocking with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Regional Sales Account Managers (SAMs) to address customer issues and queries
Attending required technical training sessions and making effective use of assigned lab time while securing relevant industry certifications.
Co-ordinating resources to resolve technical issues and turn around strained relationships at large high profile accounts in both pre and post-sale stages and act as a trusted advisor to the management team on the technical front

Essential Requirements
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and can demonstrate clear, concise troubleshooting skills
Multitasking skills and team working ability
Ability to handle critical / sensitive situations professionally with users that have a wide range of technical knowledge, to be autonomously productive (flexible & adaptable)
Fluent French and English (any other language is a +)
Good knowledge of compute environment key components : Servers advanced knowledge, operating system & clustering technologies, network, DAS/NAS/SAN.
