Main missions :
Manage stock control: the raw material receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of RM; shipment loading & transferring of FG; document recording and data entry into the system.
Ensure inventory accuracy in the warehouse
Planning, organizing and controlling Warehouse overall operations
Control and follow-up of warehouse KPIs.
Manage and Make plans to develop the staff of the warehouse through internal/on-job training.
Ensure that the workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building, equipment, and stock.
Supervise cycle counts and WTW operations.
Implement cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
Improvement & development of warehouse.
Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.
Always research to improve all warehouse operations according to the company’s objectives.
Create a team with safety and efficiency as priorities.
To be successful in this position :
Bac+5, with at least 5 years of experience within an automotive Industry
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Solid understanding of Logistics and warehousing.
Highly effective communication skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
High level of English language, spoken and written
