We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Trainer to deliver advanced training to a team operating in the IT services sector. This assignment is undertaken on behalf of a client. The training will focus on enhancing the knowledge, skills, and effectiveness of staff in pre-sales activities, including client engagement, solution positioning, and consultative approaches.
Scope of Training:
Advanced techniques in pre-sales, including client needs analysis, solution positioning, and value demonstration.
Consultative selling strategies and effective communication with potential clients.
Practical exercises, workshops, and case studies to reinforce learning.
Methods to assess and improve pre-sales effectiveness within the team.
Trainer Requirements:
Extensive experience in pre-sales, preferably within B2B environments.
Proven track record of delivering advanced professional training in IT services.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to tailor training content to the advanced skill level of participants.
Desirable:
Professional training or instructional design qualifications.
Experience with virtual training platforms and interactive learning methods.
Ability to deliver training primarily in French, with the flexibility to deliver in English if required.
