Position Focus:
Pursue the highest quality on engineering products by monitoring engineering defects and consistency of Technical Reviews and tracking improvement activities. Focused on Product Quality rather than process compliance. Mindset of Built-in Quality.
Key activities:
Critical Engineering Defects monitoring and follow up 30%
Quality metrics reporting / Continuous improvement 20%
Monitor and track completion of product technical reviews 30%
Support Process improvements affecting Engineering 20%
Automatization improvement
Scope:
Programs leaded or supported by E-Systems Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience performing Quality tasks in the automotive industry preferable in Engineering.
3 years of experience on one of those disciplines: Systems, SW, HW or MEC
Knowledge on procedures
Experience on metrics management, dashboards, KPIs
Knowledge on JIRA and SharePoint
Education:
Any Engineering Career.
Good level of English to work with international teams
Quality Trainings. Knowledge on Problem Solving methodologies and Quality tools: 8D, Fishbone, 5Why, DFMEA, APQP
