As a member of the new EMEA CMS Communication Surveillance team in Casablanca, your responsibilities will be:
• Ensure surveillance of oral and written communications among key stakeholders on major European capital markets where Société Générale operates using the firm’s monitoring tools.
• Ensure timely and high-quality processing of potential market and non-market abuse alerts;
• Ensure follow-up of key identified issues and assist in remedial and resolution thereof;
• Liaise with other EMEA CMS surveillance team members, advisory Compliance officers and other key stakeholders and build synergies regarding key topics;
• Maintain up to date CMS policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes (EU / FCA);
• Proactively and timely escalate issues to management;
