As Cash and revenue partner, within Mutualized Analyses & Support team, you will be in charge to:
Perform centrally analyses and share the outcome with Finance community :
Analysis and reporting, example of deliverables:
DSO analysis (monthly, semestrial)
Revenue monthly reporting in collaboration with the Revenue partner
Data quality checks, example of deliverables:
DSO consistencies
Assess DSO adjustments compliance
Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) procedure
Produce the weekly/monthly reports thanks to MS Access process and debug the process in case of technical issues
DSO reports for International and France Businesses
Aging balance reports for International Business
Assist business : propose semestrial cash KPI target
Support:
Point of contact for issues with transactional team (Accenture)
Proper cash&revenue activities
Support the operational Finance/Sales communities with the analysis of the various trends of the weekly/monthly reports produced
Collaborate closely with controllers across the organization
Guide and support Finance community:
Collect and share knowhow:
Animate workshop and collect information on the process
Master of existing reports and educate/support users
Initiate new reports/automation if necessary
You will work as a pair nd back up with the revenue partner.
Support Finance Transformation & Innovation :
Participate to Transformation & Innovation Finance projects and initiatives
participate to the definitions of the specifications of new reports
Support the Data & reporting team to guarantee continuity of service
Ad-hoc analysis on specific issues with an OBS transversal overview
Enforce the processes defined with stakeholders
Improve the timeliness, relevance, and accuracy of reporting
votre profil
Education :
Master’s degree in accounting or Finance or equivalent is expected
Experience:
At least 5 years of work experience in financial/analytical roles
Experience with Finance analyses on cash collection / AR / revenue is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
strong experience with advanced Excel (for data manipulations and correlations)
good understanding of VBA for MS Access (for debugging the manual processes based on MSA)
Experience within multicultural and virtual team is a plus
Soft Skills:
Strong capabilities to drive, structure, organize, you are rigorous and reliable.
Strong collaboration skills (communicate/listen); able to animate discussion, collect information, share best practices
Able to make proposals and convince the stakeholders.
Analytical thinking with hands on and can-do attitude.
Good team player, with ability to act as individual contributor
Languages:
Fluent professional in English is requested, French is a plus
