As a Process partner within OBS Finance Data Governance, it is expected that you understand processes in place related to referentials and access management, you will handle following activities :
Responsible for all topics related to access management:
Define approach and processes for Finance Solutions access management.
Coordinate the rollout of the Finance Solutions model.
Manage the access management activities and ensure the quality and timely performance.
Back up and support for recurring activities on referentials e. g. partner, customer, project, entity, product, or organization referentials.
Manage the referentials changes and ensure validation.
Coordinate with stakeholders including Global Data Management team to apply referentials changes.
Management P&L calculated dimension.
Back up and support Governance in guaranteeing maintenance and update of Finance planning.
Support the team D&R Center of Excellence with continuous improvement.
votre profil
At least 5 years of experience within data governance or process design and implementation ideally regarding finance data. Understanding of referential management or access management is expected.
Proven experience in process design and simplification, promotion of innovative solutions and best practices.
Solid overall understanding of Finance (controlling, accounting, consolidation) and its financial systems is considered a plus.
Experience with project or people management is desired.
Experience with EPM or Magnitude is a plus.
Master’s degree in Finance, Management or equivalent.
Fluent level of English language. French would be considered a big plus.
Strong collaboration skills (communicate/listen); able to collect, understand customer needs and prioritize evolutions.
Analytical thinking with hands on and can-do attitude.
Able to make proposals and convince the stakeholders.
Structured, rigorous person with strong focus on processes.

Base salary from 1,450 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
