Key Responsibilities:
Training:
Identifies and analyzes training needs, according with the economic and social policy of the company and technological evolution.
Detect, collect and analyze the training needs of employees by considering the needs expressed by the different departments.
Ensure the application of training procedures and prepare the administrative file to be submitted to private and state professional partners.
Prepare, submit and monitor the reimbursement file with professional partners (OFPPT; ANAPEC, etc.)
Check and update the training modules in collaboration with the relevant departments.
Animation of certain internal training modules.
design and improvement of training modules.
Ensure and follow integration and recycling training.
Monitoring and recycle of operator training.
Monitoring and updating Individual training follow up.
Ensure the training of direct / indirect following the modification of the pojects.
Prepare the monthly social training report.
Monitoring of job changes and internal promotions.
Collection and processing of the different proposals from the different training partners
Ensure and participate in framing meetings between the training partner and the person in charge of requesting training on predefined training
Develops, elaborates and negotiates training plan taking into account the human, financial, legal, organizational and pedagogical
Oversees the planning and organization of internal and external training (calendar, constitution
groups, organization and logistics
preparation of training KPI (achievement, deadlines, cost, etc.)
develop training engineering
Evaluate the effectiveness of training.
Ensure follow-up training budgets
Supervise and manage the team of trainers
Ensure for the production skilled human resources after an integration; planning or recycling training.
Coordinates the planning and the follow up of the integration of all new recruits.
Training recovery follow up / Individual training development plans follow up
Recruitment:
Receive new hires
Prepare & coordinate integration plans for newcomers
Communication:
Create memos
Manage or participate in the creation of forms and contents of internal communication of the company.
Ensure the consistency of communication messages as a whole and with the general policy of the company.
Lead staff surveys.
Ensure awareness campaigns
Ensure good communication with the existing means of communication: Notice boards, hold information meetings etc ...
Organize and participate in social activities and special annual events: women's day, Tombola.achoura, ramadan….
Learns the rules; understands them; follows them, and participates in the energy, environment, safety and health program (e.g. planned inspections; energy, environment, safety and health suggestions; energy, environment, safety and health management systems, etc.).
Reports all incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions and acts to supervisors or uses the system set up to facilitate reporting.
Takes personal responsibility for keeping selves, co-workers, and equipment free of hazards.
Participates on saving energy and proposes suggestions to control it.
Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements
Key skills and Qualifications:
HR university degree
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR coordinator
deep knowledge of training procedures, ANAPEC & OFPPT procedures.
Good communication skills,
Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
