What you’ll achieve
As the Channel Sales Account Manager, you will drive demand and revenue with our channel partners, provide support to the field sales teams, cover strategy and execution and focus on new and existing accounts for the East Africa region.
You will :
Sell Dell Technologies’ entire product and services portfolio, from client, software and enterprise solutions to service contracts
Manage and develop a portfolio of Metal Partners in term business performance, enablement, certifications… and be the first point of contact to the outside sales team and support on a strategic and operational level
Collaborate with internal as well as channel resources to drive transactional volume and meet sales objectives for the assigned market
Keep yourself informed about industry trends, competitor products and services to position Dell Technologies’ portfolio effectively
Teach and coach others to improve performance by providing feedback and identifying development opportunities

Essential Requirements
4 to 6 years of relevant experience
Solid understanding of the full range of products and services in order to offer the most relevant solution to meet the client’s needs
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and customers
Potential to lead individuals and teams
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Experience in Channel Sales
