The Business Line Communication Services acts as a central & transversal commercial entry point within Orange Business France for connectivity, communication & collaboration solutions (Connectivity, Voice and Collaboration Solutions), guiding French Accounts sales teams towards winning proposals, from both technical & commercial angles.
Within the Business Line, the International Pricing & Modelization Team focuses on Providing Pricing support to sales teams, specifically for French Accounts with International Footprints.
Your role:
Within the International Pricing & Modelization Team, you will be providing pricing and deal’s modelization support to sales teams, mainly for Voice and Collaboration Solutions (IP Voice, Cloud Telephony, Calling & Meeting Solutions)
Key Responsibilities :
Transversal Sales Expertise on international deals (30%)
Support Sales team to win strategic deals, thanks to in-depth knowledge of Orange Business Communication & Collaboration solutions :
Maintain up-to-date pipeline of large international and/or strategic opportunities, on Communication & Collaboration solutions.
Qualify opportunities and define the scope of solutions, with internal & external partners.
Develop bid response (RFI and RFP) and prepare formal presentations.
Create compelling customer-specific propositions by creatively bundling Communication & Collaboration solutions.
Prepare and participate to customer workshops and meetings.
Support Sales on pricing, and customizations.
Support Sales on quote-to-bill steps and ensure revenue transformation.
Sales Expertise on Communication & Collaboration solutions (50%)
Guide the sales teams on products, pricing, contractual solutions.
Guide the sales teams through the key bundle combinations of our solutions, especially with Cloud Service Providers solutions (Microsoft, Cisco, Genesys, Nice, Zoom, Google).
Provide direct Pricing Support, Own the P&L.
Prepare and participate to customer workshops and meetings.
Provide Demos when relevant.
On transversal deals, propose global commercial optimizations.
Maintain inventory of key contractual clauses & solutions.
Business Development (20%)
Drive the sales forces dynamic on international solutions.
Develop pro-active action plans with sales: Manage target lists, must win lists, upselling to existing customers.
Contribute to the International Development strategy & marketing campaigns / Train Sales and Presales forces to develop EIC selling and product skills / Run and animate workshops with Target Accounts.
Business intelligence : provide feedback on market and customers.
Work with pricing and product management to implement pricing models that balance value to the customer and profitability to Orange Business.
Analyse wins/losses with customers/prospects and account team to identify leverage opportunities, key learning and best practices.
Partner Interaction Development :
Develop partnerships and work with partner sales team to identify opportunities (Microsoft, Cisco, Genesys etc.). Manage pipeline with partners through regular business/pipeline review.

Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing (Product, Complex Solutions), Integration, Delivery, Legal, Infrastructure & Services Technical Team.

votre profil
Good knowledge of Enterprise Telecommunication solutions.
Able to bring commercial and technical issues to an optimal business solution for large customer requirements.
Experience leading virtual teams of presales, consulting and project management within a matrix and geographically spread environment.
Possess gravitas and experience of management-level, direct customer contacts for business development- Previous experience in sales support, pricing or marketing or similar area.
Leadership capabilities, well organized and goal-oriented person with good time management and the ability to handle multi projects and multi-customers environment simultaneously.
Excellent inter-personnel and communication skills, including high level presentation skills to board level. English is required.
A resilient and driven character, with ability to self-motivate and self-manage in the context of challenging employee and customer environments.
Ability to work on tight deadlines with strong customer requirements.
Detail oriented, fast learner, team player, and can-do attitude.
Required skills :
5+ years’ experience on Pricing and/or Presales and/or Services’ sales Consulting.
A relevant University/College or equivalent degree in Business or Engineering
Related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry.
Technical certifications relevant to Communication & Collaboration, either generic or vendor specific (Microsoft, Cisco, Genesys…)
