Role Purpose

//Contribute to country strategy by sharing relevant customer insights and contribute to build consistent data base.
//Represent Bayer in a professional manner, championing corporate policies with respect to safety, business conduct, respect in the workplace and compliance in the performance of their duties and activities.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks

// Develop sales strategies to achieve or exceed the established sales targets & defend Bayer MS%
// Generate demand for the full Bayer portfolio in assigned territory at grower and retailer level by promoting the value of our products that best fits customers ‘needs
// Secure brand strategy by providing the rights technical and economical positioning to defend related MS% and Marketing segmentation
// Lead the establishment of Marketing action plan in the given area and collaborate with partners for the organization of promotional events following Bayer LPC guidelines and local legal requirements
// Formulate and recommend strategies for achieving long and short business by sharing relevant customer insights.
// Gather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information, participate to build a consistent market intelligence database
// Represent Bayer in a professional manner with officials and value chain stakeholders, championing corporate policies with respect to safety, business conduct and compliance in all activities and external events.
// Support Stewardship strategy implementation in coordination with Market development Manager
// Develop sales strategies for assigned customers and potential customers: Participate in local organizations to maintain awareness of industry issues. Gather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information. Achieve or exceed budgeted sales volume for assigned territory. Develop and update annual sales forecast. Formulate and recommend strategies for achieving long and short business plans for key accounts and assigned territory/market. Participate in industry trade shows.

Experiences, skills and Qualifications
// 3 years relevant work experience as an agronomic engineer
// Good knowledge of Agriculture business, mainly crop protection.
// Good knowledge of predefined area potentialities
// Results orientation & leadership influencing capabilities
// Ability to manage technical problems and drive solutions
// Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
// One team driven spirit with excellent relationship behavior
// Fully fluent in Arabic, French and good level of English
// Flexibility, frequent travelling mainly within the country
// Driver's license and driving mastery
