As the Orange Business Learning Management System Lead, you will play a leading role in the continual improvement of learning and development through the best practice use of technology ensuring a high-quality end-user experience. You will directly impact the learning and development of 30,000 employees world-wide and Lead the Future ambition.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the successful day-to-day management, operations, and administration of the Orange Learning Management System for the Orange Business perimeter.
Managing learning and tools ecosystem to avoid duplication and ensure consistency between Orange Learning and the other learning tools.
Monitoring and constantly optimizing the global experience delivered to our learners.
Build, coordinate and animate the Orange Business Learning Management system community
Ensuring communication and documentation of projects and procedures.
Coordinating with the Orange Learning Content Manager and other Orange Learning Back Office functions to ensure consistent and seamless operations.
Interfacing with the Group for Orange Business and keeping current with quarterly changes and longer-term roadmap changes to the Cornerstone-On-Demand system.
Providing system guidance and troubleshooting as required to geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and tutorials to support the Learning ecosystem teams, staff training and onboarding processes

Excellent English writing and speaking skills are essential. French writing and speaking skills are advantageous

In-depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Stay up to date on the latest LMS trends and technologies

Identify and troubleshoot technical problems
Excellent project management and agility skills
Data literate, e.g., can perform basic data analysis to make informed decisions, reporting, etc
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) , as well as other common software applications

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Learning and Development, with a deep interest in learning and improving the organization's capabilities. They will have experience working with an enterprise-wide learning management system (LMS), such as Cornerstone, SumTotal, NetDimensions, or SuccessFactors, and understand how this impacts the learner experience, skills development, and company success.
