The Product Design Quality Leader has to create and execute the Quality Control plan
Main responsibilities will include :
Lear Engineering centers: product lines: Core Electroncis, Audio, Lighting, Connectivity and Electrification:
Lead Product Quality Control projects as per Quality Control plan.
Prepare Quality control Plans and timings.
Participate in the assigned technical reviews (SSE, HW,PCB, MEC and EPL).
Monitor and track completion of product technical reviews.
Participate in Product management gate reviews and report the risks on the WPs.
Report on the Quality product activities to Lear engineering senior management.
Participate in process tailoring approvals.
Participate in WP Continuous improvement.
Support on the automatization improvement.
Collect and analyze quality metrics and report results to project team and management
To be a success in this role you must have:
Engineering degree
3 years background in Embedded system development
Communication skills
Methodical
Experience on metrics management, dashboards, KPIs
Conflict Resolution skills
Moderation skills
English: fluent – mandatory
