Marketing Business Learner - Morocco
Your Role
Local Marketing Associate supports Marketing team to develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services, She or he contributes in creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.
This role is based in Casablanca, Morocco and report to Marketing Manager Morocco.
A Typical Day
Marketing online/offline activities support for Arthur Martin & AEG brands
Organizing and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (ATL/BTL), exhibitions and promotional events
Trade Marketing execution : instore or any activity supporting retail and partner business
Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Sales force coordination, evaluation and incentive plan proposition
Work closely with Product Line on highlighting opportunities to maximize product range and category profitability
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Close collaboration with sales on effective promotion, marketing and sell-in/sell-out activities for retail channels
Require external communication with retailers/shop floor promoters/store managers
Some travelling are required
Minimum Qualification
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree inMarketing, Business or other relevant disciplines
Strong French communication ability (both written and spoken), English is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions.
