Role Overview:
As a Partnerships Manager at ELP, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, clients, and potential collaborators. You will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful implementation and management of partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop Partnerships: Seek out and establish strategic partnerships that align with ELP’s goals and enhance our service offerings. This includes working with tech startups, content creators, digital developers, and other industry stakeholders.
Negotiate and Manage Agreements: Lead negotiations to secure partnership agreements that benefit ELP and our partners. Ensure that all agreements are executed effectively and deliver on their intended outcomes.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our legal, marketing, and tech teams to ensure alignment and integration of partnership initiatives with our overall strategy and service offerings.
Monitor and Evaluate Partnership Performance: Track the performance of partnerships to assess their effectiveness and impact. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement based on performance metrics.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners and stakeholders. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain positive and productive partnerships.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and ensure ELP remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships, preferably in the legal, tech, or startup sectors. Experience with content creators or influencers is a plus.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Location: Based in India with the ability to work remotely.
