The Product team is the bridge between users (internal and external) and the Tech team. Our mandate is to ensure that MaxAB is building the most useful technology at the highest quality and steepest velocity.
We study our users, understand their pain points and opportunities. We understand MaxAB’s strategy: where we want to be. Projects that generate opportunity and reduce pain points in line with Maxab’s form the backlog. The prioritized backlog is the roadmap for the coming period.
Alongside with that, Maxab is growing fast and expanding in multiple countries; this requires our product team to evolve and ensure that our product stack responds to different countries and users.
This job is a unique combination of securing continuous product support for the local business team, localizing elements as our stack grows and constant user research and customer understanding.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the Product Launch Manager to secure product support in Morocco; your day-to-day will involve:
Understanding all of our product stack’s features and capabilities.
Act as product support for different business teams (Onboarding, Bugs management, etc.)
Working closely with Product Owners to ensure that the localization process runs effectively and efficiently.
Researching our users and providing insight to the product team to drive Maxab’s product expansion in Morocco.
Establishing rapport and empathy with our customers;
What we look for:
Education:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in a Computer Science, Marketing or Business Administration.
Technical or specific skills:
Fluent written and spoken French and English
Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Knowledge of SQL or at least an ability to quickly learn it
Knowledge in products management is a plus
