Position overview:
Reporting directly to the production manager. the main responsibility will be to oversee and manage production-related activities, such as scheduling, quality control, safety, and employee relations, to meet production and quality targets. In your area of production, with a high level of energy and passion for satisfying customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor on a Daily/weekly/monthly basis the key KPIs drivers such: Efficiency, Output, Scrap, RPPM, IPPM & WIP.
Lead and Manage Team Leaders & Operators/ 3shift.
Ensure the required daily/ weekly/ monthly production targets are met within quality & Customer delivery expectations.
To achieve WIP Inventory target.
Lead/support layout changes and lines flexibility.
Ensure solid action plans in place to meet Forecast commitments in term of production plan achievement and customer delivery with right quality.
Collaborate with quality department on problem solving.
Collaboration with service training/ DRH to improve the manufacturing team skills.
To ensure smooth ramp up of new launches by meeting each project milestone vs lines readiness and resources availability.
Achieve / Maintain IATF and LPOF with green status.
Achieve safety action plan related to the operations safety metrics in line with Corporate global guidelines.
Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement – Motivate the team – weekly / Monthly Reviews
CI Training for employees including exercises and workshops.
Achieve RPPM / IPPM & scrap Target.
Key skills and Qualifications:
Engineering degree.
Around 3-4 years of experience on a similar position.
High communication skills.
Strong leadership & collaboration skills.
Team builder.
Experience in implementation of continuous improvement and/or lean methodologies.
Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
