mission / role purpose
As part of the Orange Business Quality Program, you contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Orange Business Quality Management System, you develop and maintain best practices in managing the Quality Governance

Implementation Management of the Quality Program strategy and projects
Develop, implement and maintain the Orange Business QMS
Contribute to the activities of the Orange Business Quality Governance to ensure that the Quality Management System is at the expected level for ISO 9001and customers’ requirements.
Build relationships with Global Process Leaders (GPL) and Process Owners (PO) in Orange Business to ensure that they are aware of their responsibility and accountability.
Co-ordinate and manage the ongoing implementation of the GP Quality.
Ensure that all GPL have an up-to-date Global Process description, compliant with the Process Cartography
Provide internal support (consultancy and training) on the Quality standard (ISO 9001) applicable to all Global Processes in Orange Business
Ensure that all GPL and PO have a good knowledge of the standards and are able to pass successfully the certification audit
Support / coordinate responses to Customers Assessments/Audits
On customer requirement (RFP, Contractual audits, etc.), coordination of internal contributions and presentations to customers.
Help establishing continuous improvement approach in quality management
Launch initiatives in thinking improvement plans where necessary, help in identifying improvement solutions including IT, automation, IA….

Knowledge of IT and Telecom Companies processes
Knowledge of Workflows, Automation tools and IA
Knowledge of French and English languages
education, qualifications, and certifications
Degree preferred, but relevant experience in Quality Management System (QMS)
ISO 9001 certification preferred
experience
Minimum of 3-5 years operational experience within the Telecom or IT industry
Minimum of 2-3 years related work experience in Quality Management, preferably in the telecom or IT industry.
Able to demonstrate success in embedding Quality Governance within an organization’s culture
