The position reports to the head of the Quality department of Aptiv Connection Systems, a subsidiary of Aptiv corporation, an American multinational operating in the automotive industry sector.
Your Role
• Direct and coordinate all product and manufacturing process quality control and audit work performed by auditors, quality supervisors, quality engineers and restraint operators to meet customer and customer requirements. group in terms of quality:
Ensure good management and organization of auditors, quality supervisors, quality engineers and control operators.
Coordinate and supervise audits carried out by auditors and quality supervisors at the MP, Casting, Assembly and PF store area.
Manage documentation relating to the various audits.
Prepare and organize the different types of audits with the team of Quality engineers and supervisors (Internal and External).
Develop action plans for improvement in the various processes.
Organize the different production areas in collaboration with production.
Ensure compliance with customer recommendations and monitoring of special characteristics.
Stop production if necessary or ensure containment to protect the customer in the event of non-compliant product.
Support the start-ups of different projects.
Ensure that responses to customer complaints are given on time with the requested quality via quality engineers.
Ensure compliance with quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Your Background
Bac+5 or equivalent in scientific or technical specialty, or convincing experience in the field of quality in the automotive or plastics industry.
At least 3 years of experience in the automotive or plastics industry.
Good relationship with company staff;
Good ability to access information;
Sense of listening;
Communication;
Know how to coordinate activities with colleagues;
Conflict management;
Good negotiation and argumentation skills;
Mastery of IT tools.
