Your missions:
Management of quality team controllers and technicians and Supervisors.
Ensure the execution of the control plan / quality
Utilizing problem solving skills to find root causes for internal & external issues
Establish direct contact with quality residents at customer sites to find solutions to quality problems reported by the customer
Monitor 8D meetings & the follow up of the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness
Follow the quality indicators IPPM, RPPM, DPPM, and WC.
Developing and maintaining quality standards
To be successful in this role:
Bac+5 or Bac +3 with an experience within an automotive Industry
Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards),
Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Language Skills:
Good communication skills in both French and English.
