Responsibilities:
Establish and define optimal sales objectives to drive growth in the business unit and ensure success for channel accounts, fostering high team morale.
Formulate and assess sales strategies to achieve goals by evaluating assigned channel accounts, market areas, and product offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel accounts, ensuring a solid foundation for ongoing revenue growth.
Organize, plan, and implement sales strategies, tactics, plans, and profit goals.
Coordinate and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports on product and pricing trends.
Develop and execute planning for targets.

The ideal candidate should have:
Experience: More than 10 years in a multinational company selling IT products industry.
Skills: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
