Major duties include inventory accounting, forecast development and transfer pricing.

Job Description:
Responsible for Inventory accounting for Japan operations
Update transfer price in ERP system
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual finance reports
Provide assistance for budgeting and forecasting activities
Work with a tax accountant to prepare corporate income tax return
Support employee reimbursement
Participate in Physical Inventory at warehouses twice a year
Prepare annual statutory tax return in terms of one’s in charge task filed.
Support COUPA (Purchasing system) as financial needs
Manage updating cost center (including COUPA purchasing system)
Support Internal control and audit and statutory Tax audit
Participate Adhoc Project
Qualification:
Requirements:
At least 5 years of hands-on accounting / finance experience
Minimum 5 years’ working with multinational companies
Experience in ERP systems such as SAP or QAD, etc
Experience reporting system such as Hyperion, etc.
Spreadsheet skills
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese (Business level).
Bachelor degree (Accounting, Business, economic, others)
Plus:
Basic understanding of corporate income tax
Experience in automotive industry a plus
Local Book Keeping Grade (Nishyo Boki)
