Job Purpose
The Senior Inside Sales Specialist plays a key role by working with operations and sales staff to provide professional opportunity response services that result in the production of strategically focused, professional-looking documents such as proposals, presentations, and statements of qualification.
Main Scope/Responsibilities
Research and analysis on client, competitor and market
Sales Material development on proposals and marketing material
Opportunity response coordination and / or management and monitoring in alignment with our Sales process
Knowledge and process management especially in instilling discipline to follow standard operation procedures and policies pertaining to business development
Take ownership to develop/improve/implement standard apprearance/style of our documents in compliance with our corporate identity
Interacts regularly with operations personnel to support development of sales material (e.g. conducts interviews of Subject Matter Experts)
Education
Bac + 4/5
Business Administration / Finance
Global Experience
5 to 7 years
Specific Experience in the position
Business experience is a must. Sales experience is a plus. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Operations.
Strong writing & verbal skills in English & French. Industry knowledge
