Senior Manager – Project Management Office (PMO)
Remote – EMEA, including travel to our sites around the world as needed

The Senior Manager will lead the EMEA PMO governance model, including the development, planning and leading all aspects of the strategic growth projects in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
This role will be primarily focused on collaboration with our division and function teams across the region.
You will serve as a liaison to all stakeholders and subject matter experts, acting in support and/or steering of project outcomes, to ensure that business standards are upheld, communicating to the organization, scheduling of projects, and coordinating members of project teams to keep them on task.
In this role you will be able to demonstrate your project management and team leadership skills to help drive projects through inception, implementation, and completion.
You must have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, requires strong communication, coupled with a proven project management experience.
The role further entails actively leading the timely communications of project status to customers, internal stakeholders and participating in scheduled partner business meetings providing status updates.
As an enabler, you will share knowledge across the company and support project managers to drive to successful outcomes within time and budget.
What will you do?
• Lead and direct the delivery of sophisticated, cross-functional projects and/or programs management office; work on complex issues and is guided by deliberate outcomes
• Handle programs through cross-functional teams, building work breakdown and financial analyses to develop cost, schedule and resources plans
• Develop solutions and execution strategies in complicated or outstanding situations
• Network outside area of expertise; provides advice to ensure understanding of non-technical matters
• Provide clear, concise information and reports to all levels of the program team
• Resolve conflicts and negotiates difficult or sensitive issues
• Impact the business by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services to others in area of specialization
• Contribute to overall success including program timeline, budget, scope, customer expectations, functional area operations, revenue
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of business/technical/capability presentations
Who are we looking for?
• Extensive and validated project management experience, with ability to lead multiple projects at the same time
• PMP certified preferred and advanced project management skills are essential.
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as project management software tools
• Strong relationship building and persuasion skills with the ability to motivate and influence others without direct authority
• Ability to quickly evaluate situations and take direct appropriate actions to resolve issues
• Astute attention to detail with accuracy and assertive self-starter who can operate effectively in a constantly evolving environment
• Strong communication skills to successfully communicate to a variety of internal and external audiences
• Strong presence with advanced interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Capacity to influence, empower, and promote enthusiasm and practical process improvement through verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated success working in a global, matrixed environment
• Track record of effectively driving a new operating structure from a matrix and cultural standpoint
