you will be responsible for the following duties:
Coordinating orders from plants overseas and issuing orders to suppliers in domestic
Order management
Requesting and managing shipments of warehouse operation
Coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers and plants
Ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines through adjustments and follow-ups
Candidate Requirements
【Must】
Ability to communicate smoothly with both internal and external parties in Japanese and English
Having the experience more than 3 years in SCM sector
Excel skill-above intermediate
Proactive to struggle when difficulties are faced
Listening to the other’s opinion
【Preferred Qualifications】 (Not mandatory)
Practical experience in the automotive industry/manufacturing industry/ the trade industry
Practical experience in procurement/purchasing or finance/cost accounting
