Your Key Deliverables :
Execute supply chain strategy by maximizing customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs: OTD, DOH, TACR/DACR, Inventory, Conc).
Directs and coordinates global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.
Manage and coordinates all activities related to planning, procurementand warehouse, customer Sce and Master data to meet the changing levels of product demand.
Lead SLA agreement with intercompany
Optimize all tranport cost including Truck, air and sea shipment
Monitors and corrects inventory levels at outside warehouses (3PL) and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
Optimize Inventory level according to monthly sales
Collaborates with procurement department to determine best practice for freight in and freight consolidation.
Supports proper utilization of ERP system (Planning Edge, Accellos).
Member of the operations staff, responsible to routinely report on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary ( OTD, DOH, TACR/DACR, Inventory, Cogi, Shortage analysis, etc.).
Support and lead cost our projects
Drive improvement projects mainly linked to inventory, freight and OTD
Comply to SC & Finance SoP's and Guide lines (GIT, Physical inventory, etc.)
Coordinate Mesh champion elements linked to supply chain team in order to reach 0 incident target
Success Yearly physical inventory by leading action
Supervising and training SC team
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics
6+ years of supply chain, logistics fields in industrial environnement (Electrical or automotive secteur preferably)
APIM Certified Production Inventory Management (CPIM)
Top-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
Team Management experience
Understanding of accounting/finance
Strong communication skills
Fluent: English & French.
Expert in SAP & Excel
Continuous improvement mindset ( Certification is highly appreciated)
Project management skills
