Description :
Job purpose:
A Business development executive, is a sales professional whose primary objective is to
sell the products or services provided by the BRS entity to other companies that are not
currently part of the existing portfolio of clients.
Business development executive can be allocated to different segments such as key
accounts, mid market or small market, depending on the professional's seniority and
market needs.
Based on segment specificities, may be focusing on selling exclusively via telephone or
on the field.
Among others, is responsible for achieving an individual new sales quota and will
executive tasks such as prospecting, qualifying opportunities, discovering prospect's
needs, recommending solutions, submitting proposals, negotiating, closing sales and
building relationship with the account until it's transferred to an Account executive's
portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
§ Prospects for potential clients using various direct methods such as calling and face
to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
§ Be able to identify and record adequate level of information to open future
opportunities (if exists) in a right way. Budget, Authority, business of account needs,
recommending solutions, time to deliver benefit (BANT)
§ Qualifies prospects against company criteria for ideal clients
§ Consults with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the
range of options and cost benefits of each.
§ Maintains a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful
conversations with prospects.
§ Makes presentations to senior managers and decision makers
§ Drafts and delivers proposals that meet the clients expectations and are in line with
the company's BRS local policies - Works with technical staff, finance team and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
§ Develops and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on
an ongoing basis
§ Reports on sales activity - Keeps detailed notes on prospect and customer
interactions (CRM tool)
§ Provides forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time
periods
§ Works with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns
§ Monitors and provides feedback to company management on market trends,
competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to
customers by extending company offerings
§ Acts as primary point of contact with the client for a few months after signing the
client
§ Uses modern online & offline social / networking tools to prospect new clients
(understand WOI, which network/communities they use)
Technical Competencies:
CRM knowledge (Sales force)
Office 365
Local Employee Benefits Legislation
Local product specifics (technical, legal, social aspects)
KPIs (data) understanding
Understanding of the technical aspects of products
Understanding the security parameters and requirements.
Understanding of Data protections regulations
LinkedIn (and similar networking / social tools)
Knowledge of Lead generation and sales funnel tools (Hubspot, Sales force, Customer app demo etc.)

Experiences:
Experience: 3 to 5 years on a sales / client facing position
Knowledge: Office, B2B sales
Education:
§ BA/BS degree or relevant experience strongly preferred
§ High school diploma or equivalent required
Languages:
§ English - intermediate - (Fluent English strongly preferred)
